Friends Caregiver Referral Network (FCRN) was born from real, lived experience. As a caregiver myself, I was often approached by fellow caregivers who had just completed an assignment — whether their client had recovered, no longer needed care, or had passed on — and were searching for their next opportunity. At the same time, friends and families of my clients would frequently ask if I knew of available caregivers for their loved ones. There were even moments when I, too, was looking for a new client.

It became clear that there was a gap — caregivers looking for work and families searching for trusted support, but no simple way to connect them. From that experience, Friends Caregiver Referral Network was created to bridge that gap and bring these connections into one trusted, accessible space.
